Once your initial six concepts have been created, you will then have up to 3 rounds of revisions if required. Once your new logo has been agreed and we have received full payment, copyright will pass to you.

Logo design can be categorised into four distinct categories (with a few exceptions) as follows:

1) A Name logo - Name stands on its own without a symbol. Used when the name is strong enough. Creativity comes from the use of the font.

2) A Typographic Symbol logo - The initials of the company are used to create a symbol that is used with the company name.

3) A Built-in Symbol logo - Sometimes very subtle graphics can be used to make the name of the company more memorable

4) A Symbol + Name logo - Separate symbol created to work alongside the name of the company. Care needs to be taken that the symbol does not detract from the name.

What Happens now?

If you are a non-uk registered business and can provide a valid VAT number in your country of incorporation then the invoice will be VAT free.
